DELIVERY CONTROL / CONTINUITY


Delivery Control enables you to specify how emails that have violated a policy are handled. Administrators can configure the system to deliver the email with a note that a policy has been violated, notify the originator that the email was blocked, quarantine the email without notification or redirect to email to another recipient such as the human resources or legal departments.

Delivery Control also provides you with another layer of email protection by spooling or queuing emails in the MailWatch system in the event that your infrastructure is offline. Once reconnected, MailWatch forwards queued email in a controlled fashion until all email is delivered.
